YogaBellies for Mum & Baby, allows mum to enjoy her own yoga practice around her toddler.  When baby starts to become restless we jump over to our 'Little Angels' yoga for mobile babies.  Both mum and baby can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a welcoming, safe atmosphere.

20.15 to 21.00

Easy to follow dance steps from a diverse range created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke.  £4.00 per class  Fb:  DDMIX with Kate

Teddy-cation is a unique pre-school class, 2.5 to 4 years, that provides budding brains (Buddies) with an opportunity to take part in a range of practical and rewarding activities based on: communication, language & literacy, physical development, maths and much more.

Coreplay Yoga for Women is a class that brings you an energetic style of yoga focusing on building core strength.  These unique classes are suitable for women at every stage of life and for every level of yoga practitioner, even complete novices.

10.00 to 11.00

Dance fitness based on ballroom and Latin dance moves (no partners required).  Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe of 'Strictly', you don't need to be able to dance, come along learn some moves and have fun whilst getting fit. £5.00 per class on a turn up and pay basis.

16.00 to 16.30        Pre-primary ballet

17.30 to 18.15        Grade 2 ballet
Quality ballet and dancing classes for little stars with big dreams.  All teachers hold CRB certificates and are qualified members of IDTA.

Hatton Park WI has a variety of speakers throughout the year and we enjoy outings, theatre trips and meals out.  New members and visitors can always be sure of a warm welcome to our friendly meetings.

Award winning baby development classes.  Baby Sensory provides hundreds of sensory development activities that are great fun for parents and babies to share in the vital first year. The hour long sessions are a great way to meet new parents and we give you plenty of inspiration for things to do with your babies.
13.30 to 16.00
Regular demonstrations and workshops given by visiting professional artists.  Spaces available for new members and visitors always welcome for a small fee.  For more information please ring Edith Whatling.

19.00 to 20.15
YogaBellies for Pregnancy - Gentle and safe whether you are new to yoga or have years of practice.  This class also offers an antenatal class giving training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood.

20.30 to 21.30 (Commencing 7 September)
Luna Yoga for Women - bespoke yoga, music and aroma blends take you on a journey like no other. Suitable for every stage of your life and open to all levels of ability.

10.00 to 11.30        

This group is run by Hatton Park mums for babies and toddlers.  Each Friday there are craft activities and a snack provided.  Come along free for your first session and thereafter it is £2.50 with an extra 50 pence charged for each sibling.  

9.30 to 10.30

Korean martial art suitable for ages 5 and upwards.  Keep fit and have fun.
