Booking the Hall
You must be over 25 to book an adult party at Hatton Park Village Hall.
Below are the Hatton Park Village Hall charges. All bookings are subject to the Village Hall Hiring Agreement, which forms part of the Booking Request Form, which you can download below by clicking on the downward arrow. A refundable deposit of £150.00 is required. We invoice regular hirers but prefer a cheque from single event hirers which is held and not cashed. Cheques are to be payable to HPRA - Hatton Park Village Hall. All hirers are invoiced for the hall rental charge with payment to be made by BACs.

There is a 30 minute change over period before and after each slot for large parties and events that require use of the kitchen and a 15 minute change over period before and after each slot for all other bookings. These changeover times are added to the cost of the hall hire and are reserved automatically when booking the hall. This changeover period must be used for setting up before your event and clearing up afterwards. You are not to use this period to extend your event and a committee member of the Residents’ Association may enter the hall at any point during this period.
Please refer to the cancellation policy on the reverse page of the booking request form and if you intend to give free alcoholic drinks when guests have paid to attend or charge for alcohol, you will need to obtain an alcohol licence.
Please refer to the online booking diary to check the availability of the main hall and meeting room. Last minute bookings can normally only be taken four weeks in advance, but we will do our best to accommodate you if we can, and bookings are only confirmed once the deposit and rental charge are paid. You can e-mail your signed booking request form to the booking clerk to reserve your place provisionally, if you are a single event hirer, you must send one cheque for the £150 deposit (this will only be cashed in the event of damage as described in the booking request form) and then the booking clerk will email you an invoice to pay the hire charge by BACs. If you wish to become a regular weekly or monthly hirer, you will be asked to pay the £150 deposit via BACs. The booking clerk must receive both the deposit and hire charge within a minimum of two weeks of your provisional booking or the slot will be lost. Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit and payment are received.
We endeavour to keep the online booking diary up to date, but please do not arrange your event (eg send out invitations or book caterers, entertainers, etc) until you have received confirmation of your booking from the booking clerk.
