Booking the Hall

You must be over 25 to book an adult party at Hatton Park Village Hall.

Below are the Hatton Park Village Hall charges. All bookings are subject to the Village Hall Hiring Agreement, which forms part of the Booking Request Form, which you can download below by clicking on the downward arrow. A booking is confirmed on receipt of a refundable deposit in the sum of £150 and the full hire charge. Cheques are to be payable to HPRA - Hatton Park Village Hall.

There is a 30 minute change over period before and after each slot for large parties and events that require use of the kitchen and a 15 minute change over period before and after each slot for all other bookings. These changeover times are added to the cost of the first hour and are reserved automatically when booking the hall. This changeover period must be used for setting up before your event and clearing up afterwards. You are not to use this period to extend your event and a committee member of the Residents’ Association may enter the hall at any point during this period.

Please refer to the cancellation policy in the Booking Request Form and if you intend to sell alcohol or provide free alcoholic drinks when people have paid to attend, you will need to obtain an alcohol licence.

Please refer to the online booking diary to check the availability of the main hall and meeting room. Last minute bookings can normally only be taken four weeks in advance, but we will do our best to accommodate you if we can, and bookings are only confirmed once the deposit and rental charge are paid. For more information, please contact the booking clerk at and we will try to accommodate you.

You can e-mail your signed Booking Request Form to the booking clerk to reserve your place provisionally but you must send two cheques by post, one for the hire charges and another for the £150 deposit (this will only be cashed in the event of damage as described in the Booking Request Form). The booking clerk must receive the cheques within one week of your provisional booking or the slot will be lost. If you chose to e-mail the booking clerk, your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit and payment are received.

We endeavour to keep the online booking diary up to date, but please do not arrange your event (eg send out invitations or book caterers, entertainers, etc) until you have received confirmation of your booking from the booking clerk.
