In the yoga classes you will get a physical practice that will bring flexibility, strength, mobility and good health to your body. Breath work and meditation will give you tools to breathe well and to calm the nervous system. My aim is to create a safe space to explore your inner world, develop understanding and kindness towards yourself, and at the same time become fitter, strong, healthier and more vibrant.
You may have tried yoga classes and found them unsuitable. Come and try a different style.

Warwick Regency Dancers are a group set up to have fun dancing English country dances from the late Georgian to the Regency period. Come along and try it, if you enjoy, you can become a member of the group. It is open to ladies and gentlemen, we do have quite a few gentlemen members already, dancing is not just for the ladies. Members of the group also sometimes get together, in full regency dress, to attend Regency balls and events around the country. These are great fun and an opportunity to dress up and enjoy a grand ball as it would have been in Jane Austen’s day.
Hoping to see some new faces at our next get together and if you want further information contact John on:
