Diverse Dance Mix (DDMIX) and Clubbercise

DDMIX is a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. Choreographed by Darcey Bussell. The aim is to get people moving without being intidmidated by the work 'dance' or the technical nature of the steps, but instead to give a full body workout that is such you don't even notice that you are exercising. With the vast number of dance styles around the world to choose from, no will get bored.

20.15 to 21.00 Clubbercise
You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90s classics to the latest chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of dancing, toning and combat. They are easy to follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Yoga for anyone who is able to get down to the floor and up again. In the yoga classes you will get a physical practice that will bring flexibility, strength, and good health to your body. You will also learn how to breathe well and to calm your nervous system. Dance fitness based on ballroom and Latin dance moves (no partners required). Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe of 'Strictly', you don't need to be able to dance, come along learn some moves and have fun whilst getting fit. £5.00 per class on a turn up and pay basis.

Award winning baby development classes. Baby Sensory provides hundreds of sensory development activities that are great fun for parents and babies to share in the vital first year. The hour long sessions are a great way to meet new parents and we give you plenty of inspiration for things to do with your babies.

Beavers are young people aged 6 to 8 and Cubs are aged 8 to 10½ years. They gather in groups to take part in lots of interesting and challenging activities - achieving anything they set their minds on, making friends and having lots of fun along the way.

Hatton Park Toddler Group

Drop-in to our friendly playgroup to bolster your well-being and watch your little one develop as they try new things and learn to socialise. Tea/coffee and a biscuit for the grown ups. Lots of toys, snacks and crafts for the little ones. The playgroup is run by local parents and volunteers to support young families in the area.
