Adult ballet - a class focusing on the basics, working on core strength, posture, stability and flexibility. Suitable for all levels from beginners. Work at the barre, in the centre and finishing each class with a variation.


20.15 to 21.00

Diverse Dance Mix - A dance fitness programme designed by Darcey Bussell. A complete body workout which focuses on different styles of dance from around the world such as Charleston, Aboriginal and Japanese. Suitable for beginners and no dance experience required just enthusiasm.

This is an opportunity for mums with babies or toddlers (ages 0 to 3) to get moving without childcare. You are also welcome to come along without the little one just to get back in shape after birth. I am a level 3 personal trainer with a 16 month old little girl and I understand the importance of getting back out there. To join you must have had your 6 to 8 weeks postpartum check and given the all clear to exercise. £5 per session and first session free.

Dance fitness based on ballroom and Latin dance moves (no partners required). Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe of 'Strictly', you don't need to be able to dance, come along learn some moves and have fun whilst getting fit. £5.00 per class on a turn up and pay basis.

19.00 to 20.30 Cubs

Beavers are young people aged 6 to 8 and Cubs are aged 8 to 10½ years. They gather in groups to take part in lots of interesting and challenging activities - achieving anything they set their minds on, making friends and having lots of fun along the way.

This group is run by Hatton Park mums for babies and toddlers. Each Friday there are craft activities and a snack provided. Come along free for your first session and thereafter it is £2.50 with an extra 50 pence charged for each sibling.
