Hatton Park Village Hall - Closed from Saturday 21st March
In the light of recent Government guidance relating to the spread of COVID19 virus Hatton Park Residents’ Association (which manages Hatton Park Village Hall) has, with great sadness, decided to close the village hall from Saturday 21st March.
At present it is anticipated that this closure will last until the end of June 2020. However, the Committee will keep matters under review and will modify this decision as necessary. We will be contacting all hirers individually in due course but please bear with us as we are a small committee of volunteers who will still be working and/or home-schooling children.
For those hirers who have already made payments in advance of bookings these will either be carried forward as a credit against future bookings or refunded in full as the hirer wishes.
The village hall remains a facility for the benefit of the community. If any individual or group has an idea that might involve the use of the village hall for promoting the wellbeing of the community during this difficult period, the committee will be very happy to consider it in the light of Government guidance at the time.
On behalf of the committee, we send all of our community in Hatton Park and those in wider Warwickshire our very best wishes during these uncertain times and we will keep you updated as to when normal service will resume.
N.B. The play area, run by Warwick District Council, is also closed in accordance with Government Guidelines
